Being a Manual Maki Cutter and thanks to its small body you can virtually take it with you anywhere you need to cut maki. Easy to clean, dismantle and reassemble. Teflon coated blades helps to prevent having sticky blades after cutting just two rolls and makes for a cleaner work environment.You can cut up to 3 maki rolls at a time in the blink of an eye. When you have finished using your cutter for the day just clean the blades and store them in the blade case located in the machine to prevent any accidents from happening.
