The ASM890 CE is the latest model from AUTEC, the leading brand in the world of sushi machines. Several technological innovations have allowed the development of a machine that is easy to use, easy to maintain and adaptable to the needs of each restaurant.

Thanks to the LED display you can easily program the width, length and thickness of the rice mat. The programming is intuitive, making the machine easy to use for everyone.

The ASM890 CE allows you to make three sizes of rolls: large (futo maki), medium (maki, california) and small (hozo maki). The three different rolling mats will be automatically recognised by the machine. With the new SMD* system, you only have to press the start button and the machine will automatically detect the type of rolling mat.

The NUW** technology developed by AUTEC will ensure that the roll is perfectly formed and closed.
All parts of the machine are Teflon-free.
