This high speed Nigiri robot, reaching up to 3,300 rice balls per hour can be operated and programmed to the clients desire by anyone in your staff. This Nigiri robot is fit for any large sized Sushi kitchens.


ASM600 CE Nigiri Robot

The ASM600 CE is the Itamae (Sushi Chef) of nigiri robots. With a large hopper capacity of 7,5kg this Nigiri robot is capable of producing 3,300 rice balls per hour. With the ASM 600 you will be able to keep on top of your Nigiri rice ball quality where as if you have multiple chefs making them they are bound to be different varying from Itamae.

On the control panel you have the possibilty to adjust the weight of the production varying from 18 to 25g. You can also adjust the compression by the simple press of a button, making this machine usable by anyone in your staff. With its hopper capacity of a large 7,5kg you will be able to keep on top of your service without stressing out and without being drowned with clients waiting for great nigiri.

Further, the built-in heating and special coating of hopper keeps rice at the optimal temperature range for a long time. And the Nigiri are accurately placed on a rotating turntable to increase speed and efficiency of production process.
